Heather Kliesing, Lead Registered Vascular Technologist

Introducing Heather, an experienced registered vascular technologist with over 15 years of specialized knowledge in vascular ultrasound. Her warm personality and empathetic approach bring a ray of sunshine to our Clear Lake office.

Beyond her professional duties, Heather treasures moments with her husband and two sons, immerses herself in outdoor pursuits, enjoys playtime with her dogs, nurtures her garden, and embraces adventure through travel exploration.

Robert Ackerman, Registered Vascular Technologist

Originally from Chicago, Robert has called Dallas home since 2007, where he resides with his wife, two teenage boys, and their chihuahua.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, he transitioned from chiropractic care to specializing in vascular ultrasound. Rob's expertise lies in diagnosing and treating varicose vein disease, having assisted in numerous procedures and trained many technicians.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, dining out, cheering for the Chicago Cubs, and watching his son play basketball for JJ Pearce High School.

Carmenza Amell, Physician Liaison

Carmenza, a magna cum laude graduate in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, brings a wealth of experience from the healthcare industry. With a background in pharmaceutical sales, clinical research patient recruitment, and serving as a Physician Liaison, Carmenza's expertise is versatile and extensive.

Originally from Panama, Central America, Carmenza has made the U.S. her home for many years. Married with a daughter and a pampered dog named Ojo, She enjoys a variety of hobbies, including reading, music composition, singing, exercise, and dancing.

Fluent in Spanish and French, she eagerly anticipates her new role as Physician Liaison for Texas Endovascular in southeast Houston.

Andrea Audish, Physician Liaison

Andrea grew up in Pearland, Texas and comes from a journalist background. She began her education at the University of Houston in 1996 (Go Coogs!), then transferred to Sam Houston State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Radio/Television and a minor in Marketing/Advertising. She made the decision to move into the medical realm after college and has a true passion for educating and helping patients and doctors learn all about the non-invasive treatments Texas Endovascular doctors perform. Andrea has worked in the healthcare industry for 16 years, six of those years working in the vascular world. She has a great working knowledge of all things vascular and arterial. Andrea has covered many territories in the Houston, Dallas and Nashville, TN markets. She has a fur baby named Chuy and loves to spoil him. Andrea enjoys reading, playing tennis and practicing yoga and Pilates. Andrea covers the Katy/Northwest Houston area and is very excited to be the newest member of the Texas Endovascular team!

Meet Kelly, a proud Houstonian who spent her early years in East Texas before earning a degree in Business Marketing from Stephen F. Austin. With a solid background of over 12 years in healthcare business support and 15 years in hospitality, she skillfully blends her expertise to ensure top-notch patient care remains the priority.

Outside work, Kelly delights in hosting events, discovering new destinations, embarking on fishing adventures, and immersing herself in captivating literature. Joining our team aligns with her love for connecting with people, unwavering dedication to excellence, and nurturing nature.

Diana Martinez, Physician Liaison

With a decade of success as a physician liaison, Diana brings a unique perspective to healthcare. A graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Ancient History & Classical Studies, she is passionate about bridging cultural gaps. Diana prioritizes patient education for overall wellness and cultivates connections with her warm and sunny demeanor.

Diana enjoys hobbies such as traveling, kayaking, and indulging in K-dramas in her free time. Her dedication to both community and healthcare shines through her volunteer work and advocacy for underprivileged communities.

Originally from Southern California, David began a new chapter in Texas in 2022 with his partner of 15 years and their three beloved boxers.

With a career spanning as a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 2007, David transitioned into clinical operations in 2017. Committed to creating memorable patient experiences, he prioritizes compassionate and comprehensive care. David values building relationships and actively listens to patients and staff to foster a safe and efficient environment.

Excited to join our team, David looks forward to contributing to the practice's growth and success.

In his free time, David stays active by hitting the gym and participating in obstacle course races. He also indulges his passion for movie collecting, with a particular fondness for horror films.
